No, monthly minimums do not roll over between months. Each billing cycle starts fresh. However, the monthly minimum is not an additional charge on top of your transaction fees. It is credited toward that month’s usage. So if your transaction fees for the month exceed the minimum, you simply pay your normal transaction fees and nothing extra. The minimum only applies if your transaction volume for the month falls below that threshold.
Transaction fees are deducted automatically from your wallet balance at the time each payment is processed. There are no invoices to track or separate billing cycles for transaction fees. For account types with a monthly minimum, that charge is applied on the first of each month. You can see a full breakdown of all fees in your wallet dashboard at any time, so there are never any surprises on your statement.
