Why iGaming payments are hard with regular providers

Online casinos and sports betting operators run on thousands of small player payments, and most payment providers aren't built for them.

  • Most providers won't take gaming

Many payment platforms won't act as a gambling payment processor: their terms exclude it. Banks often decline operators outright, and some operators lose their account the day they go live.

  • Limits that don't fit your players

Player withdrawals back up when a provider caps how much you can send each day. Some providers also pause incoming payments, so deposits sit waiting.

  • Frozen funds and premium pricing

A typical bank can freeze your account and the money in it. Other providers ask endless questions and charge high-risk premium pricing.

  • Your operation needs paying too

Payroll, your games provider and your utilities all need paying on time. A provider that only handles player payments leaves you looking for another account for the rest.

A full solution for casinos and sportsbooks

  • Pay-ins and payouts in Canadian dollars: player deposits by e-Transfer, and withdrawals by Bulk e-Transfer, up to $25,000 per transfer with no daily limit.
  • Operating payments by EFT: payroll, your games provider, utilities and other costs, from the same wallet.
  • A full API: your cashier creates deposit requests and payouts, and webhooks keep player balances up to date.
  • A dedicated account manager who knows your setup and is there when you need help.

It's a high-risk industry. We'll build the flow specifically for you.

What we'll ask an operator, and how long it takes

We work with iGaming operators. We just want to understand how your operation runs, so we can build your flow of funds with you.

What we'll ask for

  • Your gaming licence or registration for casino games, sports betting or both, and the provinces where you take players
  • How you verify your players, and your AML compliance program
  • Your expected flow of funds: typical deposits, withdrawal volume, and the operating payments you'll send by EFT
  • Your platform and cashier: who runs it, and whether you'll connect through our API
  • Who owns and runs the business: directors, officers and anyone owning 25% or more verify their identity online
  • A compliance contact who can answer our questions within 24 hours

Questions operators ask us, answered plainly

Players deposit by e-Transfer from their own bank, and each deposit lands in your wallet in Canadian dollars. You pay withdrawals by e-Transfer, many at once with Bulk e-Transfer, and pay your staff and providers by EFT, all from the same wallet.
Yes. Online casinos and sportsbooks use us as their iGaming and sportsbook payment processor, with e-Transfer, EFT and same-day wires in one wallet. We're registered with FINTRAC as a money services business (C100000702) and with the Bank of Canada as a payment service provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act. Payments for high-risk businesses.
Yes. Through our API we work as your iGaming payment gateway: your cashier sends each player an e-Transfer request, and a webhook tells your platform the moment the deposit lands, so player balances update without anyone checking by hand.
Not a daily one. You send up to $25,000 per transfer with no daily limit, so a $40,000 win goes out as two e-Transfers, and Bulk e-Transfer pays a whole queue of withdrawals at once. Players deposit within their own bank's limit, usually $3,000 to $5,000 a day. How e-Transfer for business works.
Yes. An e-Transfer comes straight from the player's own bank, in their banking app or online banking, so there's no card number to enter. Each deposit lands in your wallet in Canadian dollars. We work only with Canadian businesses and don't convert currency.
Yes. We work as a sports betting payment processor, handling sportsbook payments in Canada with the same wallet as online casinos. Bettors deposit by e-Transfer from their own bank, you pay out winnings with Bulk e-Transfer, up to $25,000 per transfer with no daily limit, and you pay staff and providers by EFT, typically in 1 business day. How EFT and bulk payouts work.
$1.95 + 0.20% per transaction, the same published fee as every account. iGaming accounts are on our high-risk pricing, which adds a $500 one-time setup fee and a $500 monthly minimum that counts toward your fees. For wires, reach out for pricing. See all pricing.
Your funds are safeguarded under the Retail Payment Activities Act: kept separate from our own money, in a dedicated account covered by insurance, as the Act requires.
